Quiet & safe in Inner North Canberra2

IT IS A NO SMOKING PLACE, INSIDE OR OUTSIDE. Welcome to my place. This is my second listing. 2 single beds (king single & single - see pictures) can be set up as needed. The house is in North Lyneham which is about 5 km away from the city center. NextGen Gym, NTC (National Tennis Centre) & Hockey center are within walking distance. The room has 2 beds that can be set up side by side to make a big bed if needs be. My place is NOT in the middle of the city, it is in the suburb. So if you need to be close to shopping centres & restaurants it is NOT for you, unless you have a car or don't mind to use the bus. The nearest supermarket is about 2.5km. But there is a Chinese restaurant and a Greek cafe about 2 mins walk. Bus stop is about 100 m up the road. IF YOU ARE A SMOKER, MY PLACE IS NOT FOR YOU, SORRY. You will have the back of the house almost to yourself, occasionally I need to use the laundry, etc. I use the kitchen almost everyday but you are welcome to use it too. However, you also have access to most parts of the house and garden. If you like sitting outside there are outdoor spaces, undercover and not undercover. For long stays, bed sheets will be provided but you need to change them yourself. If you come home from your outings after 11 pm, you need to use the side gate. The cleaning fee is ONLY for one cleaning after you leave the premises. Long stayers need to keep the bathroom & toilet clean at all times. I live in the suburb not far from the city centre (5 km). The neighbourhood is quiet so loud partying is NOT appreciated. If you don't have your own car, there are buses that will take you to the city center or Civic. The bus (#51) stop is about 100 meters away. If you are prepared to walk 600 meters you can catch more buses (# 9, #30 and #31) to the city (leaves every 20 minutes). If you like riding a bike there are safe shared bike/pedestrian paths. Minutes walk to restaurants & corner shop. My place is about 5 km to the city center, while it is possible to walk there, the bus or taxi (or Uber) is a better alternative. Again, my place is NOT in the middle of the city. There are nearby eating places, a small corner shop, organic fruit & veg shop, etc (less than 5 minutes walk). Woolworth & IGA supermarkets are about 2.5 km away.
