Single room (1) at Epping NSW

Welcome to my older style wooden 4 bedroomed home in a battle axe block at Epping. The house is carpeted throughout except for parquetry flooring in the kitchen-dining room. As well as this single room which has a desk and chair, I also have another single room and a double room available under a separate listings. I have hosted Homestay students from many countries in the past and enjoy meeting people from overseas or local. I am happy to chat or respect your privacy There is a bus at the gate to Epping or Parramatta. Many train options at Epping. 25 minute walk to Epping station There is reverse cycle airconditioning in the kitchen/dining area only but all bedrooms have a stand alone fan. There is a gas heater in the lounge room. All beds have electric blankets .
