The flat is in a privileged location, very close to Plaza Castilla and Paseo La Castellana. Located in a quiet residential area of Madrid, it has a fully equipped kitchen, the apartment has bedding, towels, shampoo, soap and amenities. Other features to consider: - It is a third floor without lift. - There is only paid parking in the area. - It is a flat located in the outskirts of Madrid. - You will have one set of keys at your disposal. Housing: You'll appreciate my place for its design, its amenities and its tranquility. The apartment can accommodate up to 5 people and is located on the third floor, accessible only by stairs. To make the most of your stay, you will have the following at your disposal: - A tasteful living space: sofa, dining area with space for 4 people. - Fully equipped kitchen: refrigerator, freezer, oven, induction plates, cooking utensils. - A lovely first bedroom: double bed, wardrobe with hangers. - A second bright bedroom with a double bed. - A third little bedroom with single bed. - Beautiful bathroom: shower, toilet, sink. It has a privileged location, very close to Plaza Castilla and Paseo La Castellana. Tetuán is one of the most authentic neighbourhoods in Madrid. Full of history and stories, a place where locals live alongside foreigners who are starting their life in the city. The neighbourhood has a beautiful mixture of small houses and big skyscrapers. Traditional sculptures and urban art, traditional restaurants and fusion cuisine. A neighbourhood that allows us to see the real multicultural society of Madrid. You will be close to the Panic La Nave Bakery, to Supermercados La Plaza de Dia supermarket and to many other commodities. If we receive you in person, arrivals free of charge at the flat will be from 15:00h to 18.00h. Arrivals after 18:00h until 21:00h will incur a supplement of 20€ to be paid by the guest in advance through the airbnb platform. Arrivals after 21:00h will incur a supplement of 35€ to be paid by the guest in advance through the airbnb platform. Early checkin - Late checkout available at no extra cost, subject to availability in the apartment. The guest will be responsible for the cost of the locksmith service in case of loss of keys or forgetfulness inside the apartment (150 € to be paid to the locksmith prior to the opening of the apartment). Noisy parties and gatherings are strictly forbidden. Under sanction of the competent authorities. Beds and towels are prepared for the number of persons indicated in the reservation. It is not allowed to accommodate more people than those indicated when making the reservation. Turn off the lights and air conditioning before leaving the apartment. Please take out the garbage every day, with special care in the summer months. There are garbage cans on the street for this purpose. Leave the house picked up before your departure.
