Darsena 14 (Boat house) can accommodate 4 ADULTS + 4 CHILDRENS Darsena 14, also know as "Boat House", is a coastal inspired cosy cottage with bright high ceiling and a lot of character. Upstairs there is an airy and spacious loft bedroom for kids with 4 actual boat beds. Downstairs a bathroom with separete toilet, an open plan living room with dining area and kitchen, and two bedrooms: one with a king size bed and the other with 2 single beds that can be combined together in a queen bed upon request. Outdoor there is covered patio with dining table and lounge chairs, and an open deck on top of the patio. You will receive the location of the key lock box and the access code the day before or the morning of your arrival. Darsena 14 is located at less than 450m from Red Rocks Beach and the barge ramp. At only 350m from the Isle of Coochie Golf Club, and at around 600m from the jetty, Main Beach and playground. The restaurant and bar "Oasis on Coochiemudlo" is around the corner (less than 450m), while the "Curlew Café" and "Beach Bar" at around 800m. The key to unlock is provided. The bathroom is provided with a safety step stool to get in and out the bathtub for guests convenience. A Brita Jug and a glass bottle are available to guests.
