Escape as a couple or a family ... to the country in a modern 2 bedroom contemporary home. Perfectly positioned in the beautiful Mary Valley surrounded by nature. Visit cute country towns including Imbil, Kenilworth, Kandanga, Amamoor ... just to name a few! Plus we are only 40 minute drive to Noosa's Main Beach - perfect central location to enjoy the bush and the beach! Well behaved dogs also most welcome! Modern contemporary 2 bedroom home with separate toilet and bathroom. Two bedrooms featuring Queen beds plus reverse cycle air-conditioning in all rooms. Full kitchen facilities with dishwasher. Rate is for accommodation only! Rates for 2 guests include 1 bedroom with 1 queen bed. PLEASE NOTE: When booking and 2 guests wish to book and have separate rooms please book for 3 guests to enable 2 guests with separate rooms for extra cleaning and setup. Both rooms contain 1 queen bed. Guests have full access of the house, garden, walking tracks etc Guests will enjoy the seclusion of the property, however your hosts can be contacted in need and reside on the property nearby to Studio. We are located in the beautiful Mary Valley on the Sunshine Coast. There are many walking areas, great cafes and famous Noosa Main beach is only a 35 minute drive. As we are located in a beautiful rural location we recommend guests have a car to get around the region. You're welcome to bring your well behaved dog/s along too! Pets are allowed inside during your stay whilst you are staying in the accommodation. However, if you choose to explore our beautiful region and unable to take your pet with you, please ensure your pet/s are NOT left inside the accommodation whilst you are away. There is a secure sleeping area under the house for them to stay that is fully covered and cool in summer or you could treat your pet to a stay at b’ARK – approximately a 10 minute drive from here. However, as there is a lot of wildlife on the property please ensure you restrain your pet from harming these animals. OUTDOOR FIRE PIT: There is an outdoor fire pit area for your use. Perfect spot to relax with a glass or red, toast some marshmallows and soak in the natural & secluded surroundings. You can bring your own firewood or purchase from us or locally. You can also collect any branches on the ground for your fire. The fire pit is available for use all year round except during fire bans. Please do not use linen from inside Studio 149 at the outdoor fire pit area. Please bring along your own blankets and cushions. We also appreciate guests being waterwise as tank water is in use at all times. To ensure the safety of our guests there is no access allowed into the dams located on the property. Melawondi Spring Retreat accepts no responsibility and will not be liable for any actions from persons that may result from entering the dams. INCLUSIONS: Items "INCLUDED" in tariff: - Use of linen & towels - Tea, coffee, milk & sugar - Dishwashing liquid & essentials, foil, baking paper & cling wrap. - Toilet rolls. Items "NOT INCLUDED" in tariff: - Soap, shampoo, conditioner & shower gel. Wifi connection details are located on the fridge IMPORTANT NOTICE: Due to recent weather weather events in South East QLD we have received some minor damage to our driveway and it is currently not suitable for lowered or high performance cars. Standard cars are fine. PLEASE: Do not dispose of other items in the toilet. With the recent shortage of toilet rolls - we will provide enough toilet rolls for your stay. Please do not flush tissues, paper towel, baby wipes, sanitary items or anything other than toilet paper we provide as we use a wastewater system and these items can clog the system and result in costly repairs. Also, please don't place down the sink: - Cooking oils - Milk - Antibacterial soaps - Bleach products (including hair dyes containing bleach) These items can also damage our Wastewater system.
