Located on beautiful Lake Cochituate in a quiet neighborhood. Access to Dock with kayaks, paddle board and fishing. Close to Mass Pike, Route 9, Natick Mall, restaurants. We are 27 Miles west of Boston / Logan Airport. Beautiful, spacious bedroom with king bed and lofted ceilings with lots of natural light and a view of the lake (when the leaves have fallen:). There is an additional bedroom / office space adjacent to the living area on the first floor that is available with a queen bed. Dock, paddle boards, kayak, fishing gear. Feel free to use the grill and patio as well. We are living on the property in the attached house and home most of the time. We respect our guests privacy. Guests have a separate entrance. There is on street (dead end) parking. We are in a beautiful, family / dog friendly neighborhood, close to shopping and restaurants. Only 2 miles off the Mass pike. Shoppers dream, too many to list! Excellent restaurants nearby. Walking distance to the Natick mall. Close to MBTA to Boston. 2 miles off the Mass Pike. Logan Express is minutes away and we can arrange pick up. Please specify if you will be needing the second bedroom /office area and your number of guests. Otherwise we will lock it to avoid additional cleaning and provide additional towels for more than 2 guests.
