Bright, spacious room in a quiet neighbourhood, half an hour drive from the city centre and the airport, ten minutes from the beach, forty minutes from the south coast. Within easy walking distance of buses and local shops. Spa bath in large new private bathroom. Large garden and veranda with BBQ facilities. Television, kettle for tea and coffee, microwave and bar fridge with small freezer in the bedroom. Full use of kitchen. Laundry available at a small charge. Easy, relaxed atmosphere in the home. All nationalities welcome. Feel free to use the facilities. Must like dogs. No pets. Non smokers only. Wheelchair access. Guests are welcome to use the kitchen, laundry and family room, which are shared facilities. The garden, BBQ and verandah are also available for guest use. I work full time but am around in the evenings and weekends. I will always reply to messages promptly. Happy to chat to guests or leave them in peace as required. Quiet back street only 2 minutes walk from major route to the city. Car is the easiest form of transport but we are only 2 minutes walk from several bus stops to the city, the beach or large shopping centres. The nearest train station is a 5 minute car drive. We are 30 minutes from the airport by car. Taxi cost is approximately $50-60. 2 buses are also possible from the airport.
