Cove Cottage Lake Mitchell

This is a newly remolded lake house. Located in West Cadillac on Lake Mitchell. This is lake front property with a public boat launch just walking distance from the house and a great swimming beach at Mitchell State 2 miles away . Huron National Forest boarders , Snowmobile/Bike trails, Golf/Ski resorts. This beautiful house has two bedrooms with full beds and locking doors, 2 lofts bedrooms that include 4 single beds, 1 full bed and a futon for additional needs. .$100 Pet fee per dog Great stay for a color tour, ski trip, ice fishing trip, summer vacation or snowmobile getaway. Just 15 miles from Caberfae Ski resort and walking distance from the Huron National Forest. The lake has a walking bike trail all around the lake. Lake Mitchell has many acres of public land for hunting. Entertainment for all. The house includes, local TV, DVD player with select movies, board games and puzzles. Ping pong table, hammock, fire pit, outdoor charcoal grill provided and starting Feb 2019 Free WIFI. The hot water heater was replaced in the spring of 2019, due to some malfunctions. Also, based on feedback blinds were added on the lake side to keep the place cool during summer months. Pet fee of $100 per approved dog Rental has access to dock which can launch kayaks and canoes and when the lake level is high guests have been able to get small boats to the dock. It includes a backyard, fire pit and deck and hammock. We have even had one group set up a volley ball net in the back yard.
