Lovely Villa style home with Private Floor + Room

Hello and welcome to the beautiful sunny city of Singapore! I am pleased to be your host. Our lovely home comprises of 3 stories and the 3rd floor is self-contained like a small apartment with your exclusive private room, a private bathroom, and a private balcony that overlooks the estate. You have the entire 3rd floor to yourself. We are located in a private and peaceful neighbour with a small park outside our home. Our home is a short 10 minute drive from the airport (about a $12 taxi ride). We are near the Pasir Ris beach and the popular tourist food district of Changi Village where there is a boat harbour that takes you to the nearby islands. A bus stop is a 3 minute walk away and that takes you to the main train line in 3 stops. Private shuttle services run in the morning that can take you to the Central Business District for about $5. Nearby international schools include the United World College and Overseas Family School, and some Polytechnics and Junior Colleges. We are close to the Changi Business Park where banks like Standard Charted, OCBC, some tech firms etc… have their offices. There are large commercial malls within a 10 minute drive (or a 20 minute public transport) from our home, this includes Jewel Changi, Tampines Mall, Tampines One and Centaury Square. Grab Car services (the Singapore equivalent of Uber) in Singapore are inexpensive and a run to those places would cost about $7-$10. 10 mins walk to the nearest shopping mall We are located in a private and peaceful neighbour with a small park outside our home.
