Owner lives in separate dwelling on property. 2 pet sheep & Speedi-bob, the cat. Wonderful birdlife. Very private & modern, renovated self contained cottage has lovely sea views, in a tranquil rural garden. Private balcony & outdoor seating. Kitchen with gas cooking & fridge/freezer/dish washer/small oven. Tiled bathroom with underfloor heating. A fabulous book selection. Smart TV, Wifi with Netflix & TV on demand. Shared laundry. Carport where electric cars can plug in. Takaka is 5 minutes drive away, The Mussel Inn 10 minutes drive and is centrally located in Golden Bay. Drive up the drive to the very top of hill. This is a shared driveway with 2 other properties. Your cottage is at the very end of the drive. Please use the carport area to park your car. My house is the cottage next door with the green roof. I live in the cottage next door & am happy to help with any queries. I will respect your privacy. Rangihaeata is a lifestyle area 5 minutes drive from Takaka. If you take a drive down the road to the beach (5 minutes away) you will pass rural properties with horses, sheep, donkies, alpacas and people on bikes, so drive slowly please. Rangihaeata Beach is great for walking. 5 minutes drive from Takaka, 20 minutes drive from Collingwood, 20 minutes drive from Pohara. 1 hour drive from Motueka. 2 hours from Nelson. The driveway is steep and not suitable for large motorhomes.
