Guests are surprised at how big and spacious the yurt feels inside.You will enjoy a full kitchen, full bath with claw foot tub and shower, automatic wood pellet stove for chilly nights, living room with a ten foot window looking into the forest, dining area and outdoor seating as well. Fairy lights and candles because you are on vacation or perhaps celebrating a special life event. The entire yurt is yours to enjoy. The wooded trail outside your door is waiting for you to enjoy, just follow the path and watch for the white arrows. It will lead you to the medicine wheel where you can send and receive blessings. Seasonally you can enjoy a private meadow and pick wild flowers or visit the horses for some zen time. Campfire area and outdoor seating is for you. You are welcome to saunter by our cabin to say hello and check out the gardens. Welcome! As you come up Mountainview Ridge the road will fork. Stay to the left and watch for parking on the left in front of a rail fence. The yurt will be just beyond the fire pit. Door will be unlocked and more info. inside. Please contact us if you have questions or need anything. Enjoy! We cannot see other houses from our property. It is quiet, has lovely views and privacy. The village has a book store, several bakery's, art gallery, jewelry store, brewery/bistro, pizza, concerts on the green, farmer's market, hiking and more. A small public bus runs by at the main road. Parking is available on the property. From airport we are 40 min. drive. So. on Rt. 7 to Rt. 17 E. about 3 mi. Mt. View Ridge on the right. Pre-approval is needed for extra guests beyond two, pets and children. Safety concerns would want to be acknowledged, such as wood stove & children and dogs & horses. Thank you.
