You will be given a code to enter the room. The house is located in a quiet, peaceful, safe, gated community. It is located near Lake Perris. There are nearby hospitals (Kaiser and Riverside Community Hospital). Easy access to Target, Walmart, Starbucks, and fast food restaurants. RCC Moreno Valley Campus is with in 10 minutes of home. Perfect location that will meet all of your needs! There is no laundry available. Also, there is no access to the kitchen. While the room is furnished with a mini-fridge and microwave, NO cooking is allowed. Guests may not bring and use external grills, hot plates, electric stoves, etc. as it is a fire hazard and the room is not equipped for cooking.
