Chillen Up or Down or Entire house

Chillen Down: This spacious 3 bedroom 1 bathroom down stairs unit has beautiful ocean views and is within walking distance to the beach and shops. It has a large kitchen, lounge and dining area and is fully furnished with A/C, TV , BBQ and front loader washing machine. Sleeps 6 people (2 queen and 2 single). Please note: If Chillen Down is booked there will be no one staying up stairs.(Unless it is arranged prior as a large booking & both upstairs and down are taken as one booking) Chillen Up: Can be rented with 'Chillen Down' to form 6 bedrooms 2 bathrooms and sleep 12 for $410 per night. Or on its own for $245 per night. Bookings are 3 night minimum outside of school holidays. School holidays are generally booked on a Sat to Sat weekly basis. Linen such as sheets, towels, tea towels are not supplied with the rental however, a hire service is available.
