This beautiful new house is located in a new neighbourhood in a convenient location to get to the mountain area (for skiing, hiking) and the center of the city. There are beautiful natural landscapes with playgrounds, and trails along the Karakol river within 5 minutes walking distance from the house. The windows of all rooms have a view to mountains .
