The home is nearby Iringa University (formerly known as Tumaini University). It is appropriately 4 km from township centre The place is independent private home with high flexibility to guests to the way they wish to stay. The space is composed of one masterbedroom, two ordinary rooms, kitchen, small laundry, private and common bathrooms including small front and rear balcony Guests have access to everything in the house. There is a pick up double cabin for hire for guests in need at very affordable price. The car is a 4 wheel drive and in a very good condition. Guests have fully access to hot showers, expandable drying rack, iron table, iron, six people dinning table, 3 cosy bedrooms, hair dryer, shoes rack comfortable sofa, big screen TV in the living room and small one in the masterbedroom, wi-fi Kitchen appliances includes refrigerator, stove and microwave, washing machine, juicer, electric kettle, cookware and bread toaster Guests arriving late hours to Iringa where bureau de change shops are closed, can get assistance to exchange foreign to local currency I live just next house in the same compound with my family, should guests need assistance I am pleased to help. Guests pick up on arrival is possible when needed. I am happy to do that personally, but if not convinient to me I arranges someone else to do that. I am flexible and if guests are willing we can socialize over the weekends. I am physically available for assistance in case of any problem. During the stay, communications can also be through cell phones and emails. One side of the neighbourhood is the university area that is yet to be developed covered by trees and vegetation and other sides are residential houses There is a university business centre nearby, guests can get home supplies and immediate stuff they would need on arrival. Public transport is just nearby, taxes, motor bike (boda boda) are also available. It's a suitable place for family as well.
