1 bedroom furnished condo a few minutes from access to I-88. This is a third floor unit with a balcony overlooking complex green space. Owner will provide access to on site laundry and parking pass for off street parking at time of arrival. Your home away from home is located 30 minutes from O'Hare, 45 minutes from Midway and 15 minutes from downtown Aurora or Naperville. Sorry, no pets. The entire condo unit approximately 750 ft.². Also a private third story deck overlooking a landscaped common area is accessed through the living room. Guests can occupy the entire condo unit themselves no other guests will be involved I am available to guests 24 /7 via phone or text. I live less than 15 minutes away and can address anything immediately. Further I have an assistant who can substitute for me if I am not immediately available. Within less than a mile of the largest manufactures outlet mall in the state of Illinois. Also less than a mile of a larger neighborhood shopping area including a Walmart store. A rental car would be ideal however Uber and Lyft are readily available. The unit is fully equipped with a first aid kit, fire extinguisher, Extra blankets, sheets, pillowcases, towels, and paper products.
