Private and Peaceful

On the Thames coast, a private and peaceful room for guests standing seperate from the house. The room has a deck area outside which looks out onto the back garden decorated with fruit trees. Your accomodation is five minutes walk from the water front, a short drive to local swimming holes, bush walks, tennis courts, a park and the local dairy. Fifteen minutes from Thames and 45 minutes from Coromandel town. We have a very little friendly dog. The room is at the back of our garage so is not part of our house. It is a nice new room. The kitchen is small with a fridge, toaster and jug, but no cooking facilities. We can provide a continental breakfast. There is also a deck that catches the morning sun with some fruit trees in the garden. Spaces for your use - The car park under the car port. The deck and back garden adjoining the deck . Under the beech tree in the front garden if you wish. Nice on a hot day. We will interact with you as little or much as you need. If you have any questions please come and see us. Close to waterfront and river mouth. 5 mins walk. Local parks playground and tennis courts. All 5 mins walk. Walking distance to local dairy . Short drive to Waiomu kauri walking track. 5 mins drive to Thortons Bay a pleasant spot for swimming. Local swimming holes. 15 min drive to rail trail and mountain bike track . 30 min to Kauaeranga valley and Pinnacles walk. 45 mins to Coromandel . One and a half hours drive to Hot Water beach, Cathedral Cove, and Hobbiton. No public transport around so own vehicles or transport is advised. We have lived here for 24 years and we love our spot.
