Private entrance to basement bedroom, bath, kitchenette and TV room. Located 20 to 25 minutes from downtown Omaha. Close to Shadow Lake shopping mall which includes many shops and restaurants. Walking trails around lake. Non-smoking property. No parties, registered guests only. Area is separate from hosts main living area. It has a full size refrigerator, stove top and convection microwave with bar space and seating for two. There is a leather sectional sofa with reclining seats and a large TV with cable. There is a table for working or dining. The bedroom has a queen size bed and large closet. It also has a ceiling fan and window. Bathroom has one sink with granite counter and shower. Clean towels and linens are provided. The area has a separate, no steps entrance to rented space. There is no access to laundry, but will have ironing board and iron for use. Vehicles can be parked on the driveway or on the street near rental entrance. I will be here to greet you as you check in. You can always text me anytime if you need something. We are a quiet neighborhood. We have walking trails around the lake. We are very close to Shadow Lake shopping center, which has live music in the courtyard on Friday nights during the summer. Lots of restaurants and shopping! There is a fitness center at the mall also. 20-25 minutes to downtown Omaha. 17 miles to CHI Health Center/TD Ameritrade Baseball park. 8 miles to Offutt Airforce Base. 5 miles to Werner Park, home of StormChasers baseball. 13 miles to Baxter Arena, home of UNO hockey. 50 miles to Memorial Stadium in Lincoln, home of Husker football. The unfinished entrance area to the lower level has a treadmill for a light workout. There is also a walking/jogging trail around the man-made lake. (App. 3 miles) The kitchen is stocked with pots and pans, every utensil you might need for simple meals. This lower level space does not have separate heating and AC controls. Temps do run cooler downstairs even though I make every effort to make it as comfortable as I can. We have one queen size bed and prefer no sleeping on the sofa.
