This is an excellent location for fishing as well. 2 level house with easy access via ramps or steps to the front and back decks. Located on a quiet street, there is off-street parking available. Located close to Verona Beach, Sylvan Beach (and amusement park!), restaurants and biking. Don't be surprised when the ice cream truck comes down the street!
