THIS LISTING IS FOR THE EXCLUSIVE USE OF THE WHOLE FLAT (FOR 4 PERSONS). A’nB Oxford is a magnificent contemporary two-bedroom apartment in the very centre of Oxford. The flat is newly refurbished to a very high standard offering modern luxurious accommodation in this highly sought-after location. It is on the first floor of a 3-storey building with secure ground floor access. The building has 14 flats, a lift and a fabulous rooftop terrace on the 3rd floor. The apartment is 500sq.ft and boasts a unique modern design consisting of two spacious private lockup bed-rooms - The ASHMOLE room, and The BODLEY room (aka A’nB Oxford) - with an entrance lobby, open-plan kitchen/diner and full bathroom/bath/shower/WC. The two rooms are bright, large and fully furnished with unique bespoke suspended superking loftbeds, a small double sofabed beneath (creating a little private lounge or second sleeping space), and ample storage space - cleverly utilising every inch of sq.ft available. Each room has a study/reading desk area, with great natural light and gorgeous views. The rooms are fabulously fresh and airy with a tranquil ambiance. We have carefully chosen quality neutral soft furnishings, creating luxurious comfort with sumptuous textiles and 500 thread count Egyptian cotton bedlinen, complimenting Silent Night’s Hotel Collection range of anti-allergy deluxe orthopaedic eco-comfort bedding and memory foam mattress - to ensure you have the perfect night’s rest. The rooms’ are modern, fresh, contemporary and have individual characteristics pertaining to Oxford. A total delight. Each private room can accommodate up to two adults with an added guest on the sofa bed. The whole apartment can host a group booking of 4 adults and up to 2 other guests on the sofa beds. A’nB Oxford has a large modern open-plan kitchen/diner fully equipped to welcome self-catering for 6 people with a breakfast bar and bistro table. Further essentials include a washer/dryer, iron & ironing board, a fridge freezer, hob and oven, microwave, kettle & toaster, coffee machine with welcome pods, and a bottle of fizz for guests booking the whole apartment. The beautiful brand spanking new bathroom/washroom has a large bath with an overhead power shower, a full mirrored vanity cabinet and modern shallow ceramic basin with waterfall taps. It has heated towel rails with luxury bath sheets, hand towels etc. The apartment has individually controlled heating preferences for each room, and unlimited ultrafast broadband with download/upload speeds of up to 200mbps. The block of flats flaunts a recently refurbished rooftop terrace which offers spectacular views of Oxford’s Spires and the leafy tranquil streets nestled between several prestigious Colleges and their peaceful gardens. AnB Oxford includes a private lock-up parking for one car. Gold dust in central Oxford, where parking costs are stupidly expensive. Entire flat is for their use when booked as the whole flat. When booked as a Room, i.e. ASHMOLE or BODLEY, the rooms are exclusively for individual booking use. However the kitchen and bathroom will be shared should the other room be booked when you are there. We are available to our guests between 10am-7pm most days. We will meet and greet you at a suitable time to hand over keys and give you a welcome pack. We live 4 miles away so are able to deal with queries and emergencies quickly and efficiently. Our aim is to provide you with the best experience of the Dreaming Spires! A’nB Oxford’s location is perfectly placed in the centre of Oxford. It is nestled between St Aldates and St Ebbes, Christ Church Cathedral School and Pembroke College, The Story Museum and Modern Art Oxford are 2 minutes away via Littlegate Street. The Oxford Preservation Trust offices is a minute away on Turn-Again-Lane leading to Oxford’s Westgate Mall with sophisticated rooftop bars and restaurants, global shopping brands and leisure facilities. Pure Gym with 1-day passes is across the road, and there is a Sainsbury’s and M&S Food around the corner from the flat. A short cut through Rose Place Lane takes you to Christ Church Colleges meadow and deer park with glorious walks along the Thames where you will pass the famous Boat Houses and Oxford Rowing teams practicing on the water. 5 minutes walk toward Oxford’s high street, you will come across the fantastically authentic Oxford Covered Market, the bustling Cornmarket street, and prestigious Oxford Union Society and Debating House. A little further on you will find the famous Bodleian Library, Old Schools Quadrangle and Tower of the Five Orders, home to a vault of unseen special collections, including four of the 17 surviving Magna Carta engrossments from before 1300. Trains to London Paddington are a mere 50 minutes, buses to North Oxford or Woodstock or London Heathrow run every 15 minutes. 24-hour parking is available in the Westgate Mall, however parking in Oxford is terribly expensive and best avoided if possible - there are several Park & Rides dotted around Oxford which is better option. A refundable security deposit request of £250 will be sent after confirmation of booking.
