Dear guests, you are welcome! Many thanks for your decision to stay in our vacation home in Rümmelsheim. Our village is a small place in the wine area between Rhein-river, Nahe-river and eastern Hunsrück (named Soonwald-forest), 8 km from Bingen. It is a starting Point for sigt-seeing and walking-tours to many nice places like castels, beautiful tourist villages at the rhine and nahe. Dear guests, you are welcome! Many thanks for your decision to stay in our vacation home in Rümmelsheim. Our village is a small place in the wine area between Rhein-river, Nahe-river and eastern Hunsrück (named Soonwald-forest), 8 km from Bingen. It is a starting Point for sigt-seeing and walking-tours to many nice places like castels, beautiful tourist villages at the rhine and nahe. If you come per car from Frankfurt or Köln, you must take the highway number 61 and leave the exit, named Dorsheim / Rümmelsheim. From exit please follwow the signage to Rümmelsheim / Burg Layen. In the center of village, at the bus-turning-round place, you will find our house named "Im Weinhöfchen". The vacation home is located in the upper floor of an previos vintner-house. There is a kitchen, bedroom and shower-bath with toilet and an big living-room. In the bedroom stands a large double-bed (size 2,00 x 2,00 mtr.) for two persons. In the living room is locatet a sleeping couch for 2 persons (size 2,00 x 1,40 mtr) and a loft bed (size 2,00 x 1,60 mtr.) where you can fulfilled the wish to place two further fellow-traveler. A crib (size 1,20 x 0,60 mtr.) is also available. In the vacation home you will find all things to make your stay comfortable as far as possible. The bathroom is well appointed with shower, toilet and lavatory. The kitchen invite‘s you with modern standards to cook. There is a ceramic glass cooktop, a baking ofen, a dishwasher, refrigerator and coffemaschine, as well as necessary flatware and pots. For the washing there is a central washing maschine with laundry driyer available. Please cooordinate the sharing with the host. For information needs and relaxation a Sat-TV is available. You will find many German programs, also TV-sender such as CNN int; BBC world, , EuroNews and Al Jazeera. The yard can be used also by the guests. Parking is possible autside the yard in a branch road 50 meters from door, named „Schlossberg Straße“ Kind regards Christel and Frank Engelhardt you wlll find parking place 50 mtr. from our house.
