Cottage with Courtyard in 17th century farmhouse

Bonjour, I am Beate Banyard your host. My family and I welcome you to Domaine de Pinsaguel and wish you an unforgettable stay in this beautiful area of Occitanie. Domaine de Pinsaguel is situated 3km from the medieval village of Montreal in the heart of the Malepere region (an area protected by Natura 2000) The cottage has an enclosed courtyard with fountain, shaded outdoor seating and table. Double doors lead to the living room with open fireplace. Two arches lead you into the kitchen/dining area. There is a downstairs toilet for your convenience. Stairs to first floor lead to a large open space with double sofa bed, coffee table and TV. The master bedroom with en-suite bathroom is on this level. Off the landing a staircase each leads to the two bedrooms under the roof, each with its en-suite shower room. Pool, play area with slide and swings, dedicated space to play Boule/pétanque. Since we live in the main house of the Domaine I’m available for all your question and happy to share advise of the area with you.
