The Garden Room, Private Rural retreat

Luxury annexe with private entrance away from the main house in a rural setting. Featuring 2 electronically adjustable single beds which can be configured as individual beds or as a super kingsize double. Modern ensuite wetroom. Tea/coffee making facilities, microwave, toaster and fridge. Cold breakfast is included. Large Flat screen TV (46") Secure gated parking. Within walking distance of 2 pubs and the village shop (approx 1 Mile) Light and airy inside with sofa and coffee table. Outside table and chairs overlooking the garden and surrounding countryside. We will be available at all times to offer any help requested during our guests stay. The Garden Room is ideally located for visiting Arley Hall, Tatton Park, Dunham Massey Hall and Jodrell Bank. Please note that there are no cooking facilities - just a simple microwave, kettle and toaster. Breakfast dishes will be collected and replaced each morning by the host . Cold breakfast will include cereal, bread, butter, jam, croissants, yoghurts, fresh orange juice and milk. We will do our best to supply any special requests.
