Quaint Cottage, Bedrooms #1 & #2
Eclectic, cozy, cottage feel in a quiet neighborhood. You are renting 2 bedrooms of my house. If interested in renting only one room, check my other listings for availability (and lower price). While bedrooms are private, the house is a shared space. There may be other guests if you only rent one room. I love meeting my Airbnb guests! They have all been a great experience! Highland, Illinois is a quiet "Norman Rockwell-ish" type of town complete with a town square, fountain and all! Local events include Street Art, Switzerfest, Kirchenfest, and Art in Park. Send a message with any questions you have! Guests are renting a bedroom, but are welcome to use all the upstairs space, with the exception of the storage bedroom. I will be here. Guests are welcome to use the living room, kitchen, bathroom and backyard. The best part about hosting is meeting guests! Enjoy the house and make yourself at home. Cook, use the refrigerator, watch tv... (although I only have local channels through an antenna. Know I will be using the living room and kitchen. You are welcome to join me or use the space as well. This is joint area. With this booking, you are booking the private bedrooms but all other areas are shared. Highland has many festivals during the year. Switzerfest, Art in the Park, Kirchenfest, Just to name a few. Check out their (Hidden by Airbnb) page or website. While Highland is a great location, it is only 30 minutes to the Mississippi River and downtown St. Louis! Also conveniently located close to historic Lebanon, Greenville and Edwardsville, Illinois. Parking for 1 car is available on right hand side of driveway. I park inside garage on the left. There is plenty of street parking, just avoid driveways and mailboxes! Text or call me with any questions. Wireless internet available with passcode you will receive on arrival.
