Your suite is located at the rear of our home in a quiet semi-rural area - less than 5 minutes from supermarkets, food outlets, and coffee shops. We are approximately 40 minutes from the nearest beach and national parks. The space has a queen bed, ensuite, dining and lounge area and kitchenette. Generous breakfast provisions. Discounted longer stays. A bbq is available on the deck. We have small dog and a cat. The room has a private entrance. Undercover parking is available upon request. Clean, modern, spacious and quiet. Guests have the use of a large deck overlooking the pool and gardens. Easy access to the motorway, town, river and beaches and is an ideal base to explore the Clarence Valley. From the carport there is undercover access to the studio. Guests will have their own key. Interaction is entirely up to guest but we will be available by phone or text to answer any questions - we aim to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Peaceful semi rural area with bush and native wildlife. Great sunsets overlooking the town which is only minutes away. Guests would generally require their own transport. We do have a cat and a small dog.
