This guest suite has a bohemian, vintage vibe. The apartment includes the large front two rooms of the (pictured) house, plus a study, kitchen and bathroom. Private entrance with self check in, you will have this beautiful space and porch all to yourself. This apartment is quite unique. She stands on the high side of a quiet tree-lined street in Marrickville, yet close walking distance to many local amenities - Dulwich Hill train station, Dulwich Hill light rail, bus stops, bottle shops, Woolworths, and many, many local cafes. Enjoy this private and serenely comfortable apartment. There is coffee, tea condiments and cereal available. Stan and Netflix, wifi, a big bath tub and climate controlled. Street parking is generally easy and available. We live here, at the back of the property. You may see us walking through the front garden or doing maintenance around the property. I am generally around, as I work from home - so if you need anything just let me know. Good shops and cafes in easy walking distance There is usually plenty of on-street parking, additionally we are very close to a train station and tram stop and a city bound bus stop around the corner. We also have a bicycle you can make use of if you wish. We live in the house behind the apartment and may access the house through the front yard from time to time. We have a very large and very friendly white german shepherd. He is young and enthusiastic. If you see him coming your way, he likely just wants to be pet. He is always fenced and accompanied by an adult when out the front.
