Farmhouse '700 in the vineyard - Clara

Nestled in 26 hectares of woodland and vineyards, this renovated 18th century rural Country house offers numerous services for guests. The farm has it's own pool where you can taste our wines! This apartment is perfect for all the people who wanna enjoy the Garda lake in a real way, just 7 km from Garda but far enough from the caos of the lake shore. Last but not least our family will be more than happy to meet you and share a little part of our life with you. This apartment is located in an ancient farmhouse (eighteenth-century), which was used in the past as barn and croppers’ dwelling. The courtyard is surrounded by vineyards of Casalmenini farm; which produces local DOC wines. During the external renovation of the building we tried to keep its authentic characteristics. Within the apartments all furnishing elements are high-class Italian products. This apartment is perfect for families and couples, it is an open-space apartment and the living area is partially separated from the sleeping area by the wardrobe. In the living area you'll found an equipped kitchenette and sofa bed suitable for 1 persons or two kids ( in case we have the possibility to add an extra bed ) Then of course there is a double bed and the comfortable bathroom with big and modern shower. Furnishing our apartments we tried to combine some old details owned by our relatives with some design pieces. You gonna love the beautiful forniture ( most of them came from the houses of our relatives ) and the wood roof create a cozy atmosphere. From the living room you'll have a great view on the vineyard thanks to the large door-window. So staying inside the apartment you'll have the possibility to check your kids playing in the garden in front of your apartment or just drinking a good glass of wine from the sofa. All the farmhouse has been recently renovated so you'll have at your disposal Airco, Sat-tv and Wifi ( please note that router is not inside the apartment and the wall are really deep so it could be that the signal is not enough strong for streaming, but for mailing or normal internet research you'll have no problem ) Each apartment of our country house has the name of an important member of our family, and their vitality is fixed by original vintage shots, which have a great emotional bund for us. This apartment in particular has the name of our grandmother Clara. The Country-house is located on the main road from Affi to Caprino, so it's well connected with all the service of the area. The cars drive quite fast on the road but thanks to the hedge and all the grapes trees you will not hear the noise of the car. In front of the apartment there is a private terrace with chairs and umbrella with a great wide garden with tables and chairs and the barbecue. Over the garden there is all the vineyard managed by us ( and of course from it come our wine :) ) You will love to spend your time in the nature. Coming in our beautiful farmhouse you'll have at your disposal also many other services, here below you can take a look :) - The hall: is where we will welcome you, and where you will get your breakfast. This room is where our family was used to organize the dinner with all the worker of the family ( that's why there is a big fire place ). Our breakfast is served in picnic baskets, and you can taste all our traditional products whenever you want and where you prefer. Here in this room you can get also all the information about restaurants and activities of the neighborhood. - Just next to the hall there is another important room: The Laundry ( with a common washing machine ) and the deposit of the bicycle. Here we keep also our bikes, feel free to use it :) - In front of the Country house there is a wide garden, with a barbecue, a playground for the kids ( with the seesaw and the sandbox ) and some wood table. - Inside our property there is also a little forest ( ~ 5 hectares ) where we prepare for our guest some paths, perfect for jogging or a relaxing walk in the nature, -Free parking within the property We are an agriturismo and all the family work in this activities, during the breakfast there will be always someone of the family who will responds to all yours doubt! We are family business and during your vacation we will always at your disposal for everything, we would be more than happy to share our time with you. Every morning there is someone of the family present in the agriturismo but if you don't see anyone just text us and we will be there in maximum 5 minutes. We don't live in the farmhouse so we cannot guarantee the check in 24 hours, that's why our check in time are from 15:00 to 19:00 But we also love traveling so we perfectly understand that there could be traffic on the road, or you just want to spend some time along the way, so if for any reason you will not be able to arrive before 19:00 just let us know :) We will leave the keys in the common room so you can make a Self check-in, then the next morning we will be there showing you all the services of our agriturismo. During the day we work in the vineyard or in the office ( just 5 minutes ) and so we are quite every moment near our guests! The location of our Country-house is really smart, we are just 7 km from the Garda Lake but far enough from the caos of the lake shore. You'll have much more services in a real and authentic wine farm. staying in our Farmhouse you'll be close to Garda, so you can easily reach Bardolino for a relaxing walking We are just 4km from the highway exit of Affi so you can easily reach Verona or Venice during your trip. Gardaland is just 20 minutes from us Our Farmhouse is not far so far (3 km) from the bus station of Albarè but the time table is really poor so to reach and to enjoy the area you need a car. Around our farmhouse there are many bicycle paths ( the closest one begins just 500m from our country house ) and you can reach many villages with your bikes :) We produce wine and much more important we love wine :) that's why we wanna share with you our passion and at the check in you'll have a present bottle. We produce 3 kind of wine: Bardolino, our red wine Bardolino Chiaretto, our rosè wine Pinot Grigio, our white wine we also have a little production of olive oil so depending on the season you can also taste our olive oil. During your stay you'll also have the possibility to get our PiC-Chic Aperitivo consisting in some local gourmet products and of course some wine
