Completely refurbished with neutral colours. Which comprises of one double bedroom, open planned kitchen/dining room through to lounge with bed settee. Large shower room. Own entrance and garden with outside seating. Tranquil and private with lovely views. If you just want to get away from the hustle and bustle of ever day life....this is the place to be!!! Or if you like to play music, BBQ and have a drink with friends....then this is also the place too!!! There is use of our swimming pool at set times of the day and year. You will have access to the whole property apart from loft and cellar. Garden is enclosed so you have full access to that as well. If there is any questions/problems or you just want a chat. We reside in the big house at the top of the garden. Our French and English neighbours are very friendly. The village whilst normally quiet, has lots of small festivals during the year...which include selling of local bread, cheese and wines. Music and fireworks are displayed on Bastille day. There is a bus stop in our village (2 minutes walk) which takes you to Bourganeuf town centre, just 10 minutes drive. You can hire a car from the airport. We have our own driveway with parking for guests free of charge. Bikers also welcome and we can store them in our garage (safely). Petit beau cottage, has lovely countryside views, surrounded with wildlife. Two minute walk to the local shops with a bar/ tabac. Doctors and pharmacy if needed. There is also a lake which you can fish in, with a license. Tennis courts and a full size football pitch.
