Family suite for couple or group of 4

This apartment/suite under the house main roof is plain, no silver ware no special decoration , just new ,clean and private. A place like home after a hard working or venturous day. Stepping indoor and feel the warmth in Winter with the underfloor heating and excellent cooling in Summer. The place is for up to 4 guests, but if the guest group is more than 4. First 2 guest $75 . Each additional guest is charge $20 . we can still accomodate 1 more guest ( by adding a portable bed ) for extra charge of $ 15.00 per day upon request. Secure off street parking ,private entrance from the side path. Short walk to bus stop. This area is on a 15 minute go zone for buses to the city , taking only 15 minutes to CBD, and bus direct to big shopping centre away from city. This is the gate way to Barrosa Wine trail. No pets, no smoking no eating in beds and sensible use of resource please. I am my husband 's carer who has no memories and sometimes wanders around. please lock the gate and doors for his safety and your privacy Sorry Guests are not able to access the common garden, we are currently construction a fish pond
