Cosy and Comfy private room

We are a friendly semi-retired couple age 63 to 68 that speak both English & Vietnamese. Mike retired a few years ago, however I am still working as an IT networking at a primary school. We were originally refugees escaping a war torn country looking for freedom. Then luckily, we were offered to settle in Australia over 30 years ago. We absolutely love to travel and explore new places. We also love meeting people from all around the world and learning about their culture and experiences. We have a large (14 square metres) shared room available for one or two guests, a bright, modern 3 bedrooms with 2 ½ bathrooms house in a very quiet suburb at Blair Athol. A room does have a queen size bed, built in wardrobe and a desk if you wish to do some works. Our home is fully furnished which you can share with, very comfortable to live in. It has an open plan dining/living area and kitchen, heating/cooling, a nice landscape garden with outdoor BBQ stove and an outdoor living. You will have free Wifi access. In kitchen you have fridge space, gas stove, electric oven and microwave. Laundry also available for use Plenty of on-street parking is available out the front of the house or on the driveway. Easy airport access - just a short 25 minute drive from the airport, will cost you around $35 by taxi. We offer pickup from the airport with a small fee (if we are available) It’s about less than 8km from the CBD, Walking distance (5 minutes) to the public transport to the CBD, arrives in the city within 15 - 20 minutes. Frequency buses. * Bikes available for use. It’s important to let us know your approximate ARRIVAL time so you get the keys in time! Most of everything are included accepted food
