Entire new apartment with a stunning view of Lugano city and lake, with private parking inside/outside. The apartment has a private entrance and is located near public transportation (1 min. on foot). In the vicinities you can find beautiful mountain trails. The Spa Kurhaus is located 2 km away. The village has restaurants and two grocery stores. The kitchen is brand-new and very well-equipped, water heater, coffee machine, microwave, toaster, pans, dishes, glasses, etc. I live in the same building but in a separate apartment, I'm always reachable for any information. I speak Italian, German, English and French, Spanish "un poquito". I live with my beautiful dog, three lovely cats and a turtle in the garden. If you are worried about the pets, I guarantee that they are always living with me. The Spa Kurhaus is located 2 km away. The village has restaurants and two grocery stores.
