Also has access to pool and expansive areas to lounge and relax after a full day of activities. In the heart of a quiet, relaxing neighborhood. This large room allows you the space for your trip. A room that has a queen size bed, ample seating and indoor fireplace will give you the feel of home. Bring a bundle of wood, 1 insta log is provided to start your fire. ( October 1 - May 1 ).A personal private bathroom and private access provides you the freedom you desire. Mini fridge; toaster, microwave and electric kettle in room gives you a sense of home. We are open to having house trained pets here and can discuss that on a case by case basis. We have two small dogs that live here as well. TV with Netflix service provided. Guests will have access to their private area as well as general outdoor areas, pool area (summer months only, Memorial Day- Labor Day, bring your suit should the weather allow ) . Be advised the pool is not heated so swimming is best when the weather has been warm. The porch and outdoor patio are available for relaxing. Children under 18 require adult supervision when using pool. No exceptions! Feel free to take a stroll around the property and pick an orange or pomegranate (season permitting). Access to BBQ grill and fire pit by the pool. . Tea and coffee provided in room for use by guests. Toaster and electric kettle and coffee maker also provided .Lots of onsite parking We will have as much or as little interaction as our guests require. If you'd like suggestions or advice on things to do locally, we are here for you. If you have plans and just would like to come and go as you please and relax, then this is the place for you too. A older quiet neighborhood located in Sedco Hills with panoramic views. It's a neighborhood where people value their privacy and respect that of others. It is located very close to all the area has to offer: Lucas Track, skydiving, movie theaters, retail, Outlet Center, water sports/activities, and wineries. Close to freeways and gas stations There are some local buses close by, however, it is an area that will require transportation by car. The house is just off the 15 freeway and is also within 20 minutes to the 215 & 91 freeways, as well as beautiful Highway 74 that takes you to the beach over the Ortega Mountains. We are very centrally located. We are minutes to the Lucas Bike Track, Skydiving, Storm Stadium, and lake recreation areas. 20 minutes to Temecula wineries, 40 miles to Disneyland, 60 miles to the downtown areas for both LA and San Diego. There is ample parking on property. Enough for boat/motorcycle trailers, RVs, or any large vehicles. Access to the 15 freeway is minutes away, should you need to make a hasty escape. Should your gambling bug hit or have a concert to see, we are just 20 minutes to Pechanga Casino.
