Villa 255 is a self contained apartment with stunning views over the Terrace Downs Resort towards the Rakaia Gorge. It is an hours drive from Christchurch and 20 minutes to Methven. Close to skiing at Mt Hutt, Olympus and Porters Pass in season, fishing, walking tracks and jet boating. Terrace Downs Resort is renowned for its golf course and also offers shooting, archery, tennis and a spa. The king bed in bedroom 3 can be split into two singles upon request. End unit with extra privacy. Recently renovated with new carpet, new heat pump and freshly painted. There is a spa bath in the main ensuite with bi-fold shutters so you can enjoy the view from the bath. There is covered parking underneath the Villa and then stairs access to the Villa from the outside. The Villa is on one level. The whole space is accessible. Our Villa is clean and inviting with luxurious bedroom linen and Sky TV including all the movie channels and sport channels (excluding the rugby channel). Wireless internet access is also available.
