Bungalow in a country retreat

Please check local Covid19 Restrictions before booking. A detached 2 bedroom bungalow set back from the road situated in a quiet, semi rural location. Its my home which I rent out when I'm away so lots of home comforts. A double aspect living dining room, fully fitted kitchen, conservatory and patio with seating area. The bathroom has a walk-in shower. High speed WiFi with a Lap Top friendly work space in the rear bedroom. Parking for 1 small car. Complementary Tea and Coffee. NO SMOKING Additional to the living space there is a double bed in the main bedroom with ample wardrobe space, together with a chest of draws, a bedside table and an alarm clock radio. In the second bedroom there is a double bed, wardrobe space, a small chest of draws and a Lap-Top friendly work space. There is a Conservatory to the rear of the property and a patio area. Due to the ongoing situation and to protect ourselves and our guest we offer 'Flexible check-in'. Guest can check-in anytime from 12.00 on the day of arrival. Keys will be stored in a key box at the property. Guests are kindly requested to let us know roughly their time of arrival so we can be sure everything is ready. The property does have an alarm which is easy to use and we ask guests to set the alarm if they intend to go out. I won’t be available in person but help is on hand locally should guests have any enquiries. Holy Cross is a quiet, semi-rural village located on the south side of the Clent Hills and the property is located within easy reach of both the Clent & Walton Hills which offer wonderful walks and spectacular views from the top; a haven for walkers. There are a few good eating establishments too in the locality. All within walking distance and a selection can be found in the House Manual There are good road and rail links with J4 of the M5 motorway only 5km away and Hagley Railway Station some 4km. There is a bus from the top of the lane at the cross roads, albeit every two hours, which takes you to Hagley for the local shops and then onto Stourbridge Junction/Town which has excellent transport links, both Bus and Rail. Free parking is an added bonus at both of these Rail Stations. Birmingham City Centre can be reached by rail in 30mins and there are also direct services to Stratford-upon-Avon, Warwick, Leamington Spa and for those traveling further afield there are some early morning/evening direct services to London. Complementary tea, coffee, plus breakfast cereals. The TV offers Freeview transmissions and the Satellite receives German, Italian, French and Spanish channels. Other foreign language channels can be selected. There is also a CD player, Netflix is available plus iPlayer and ITVHub.
