Ideal for small families or couples, both bedrooms have Queen Beds, built ins, ceiling fans, quality linen. Full kitchen facilities. Large balcony overlooking the garden with outdoor lounge & BBQ. Bathroom has a shower, bath and vanity with fresh fluffy towels. Separate Toilet. Spacious Lounge room with Air Conditioning, Large L shape Leather lounge, Smart TV. Washing Machine & Dryer Sorry No pets allowed, but there is a lot of birds and wildlife in area No smoking in the house I live in an adjoining property at the location, leaving the upstairs completely self contained & private. I give my guests the upmost privacy, but I am always contactable if needed. You have exclusive access to the upper floor of the house, laundry, front garden. Your Privacy is of the upmost importance to me, but if you require assistance I am always available to help either in person or via phone/text 24/7. If you want to roam the garden or say hello to the chickens just let me know and it can be arranged. Bonnells Bay is a quiet, safe neighbourhood by the lake. 60mins drive from the start of the M1 (Sydney) & 50 mins to Newcastle. Located at the southern end of Lake Macquarie the fishing is fantastic. 4 min walk to the Lake 5 min walk to Bay Hotel & Shopping Centre (Coles) There are lots of local kangaroos and birds. Caves Beach or Catherine Hill Bay Beach are both 20-25 mins drive. Visit Trinity Point Marina, restaurants (Highly recommend 8 at Trinity Restaurant) 40 mins to Hunter Valley Vineyards. 350 meters (4min walk) to Lake Macquarie & Park. 5 mins walk to the Bay Hotel & Shops (Coles) M1 8mins drive Bus stop 6mins walk (Bonnells Bay to Morisset Train station bus) 4km to Morisset Train Station Trains to Sydney, Central Coast & Newcastle leave frequently from Morisset train station.
