Enjoy your morning coffee from your private balcony! DBR is a gated complex with a community pool for exclusive use by owners and guests. If you want to bring your own boat, this is the condo for you - we stand out from the rest because we offer an assigned boat slip with this rental. This condo is on the top floor (4th floor) just steps away from the elevator. The unit has 3 bedrooms - the master with a king-size bed, one guest room with a queen bed and twin bunks, and the other guest room has a queen bed. Enjoy football games and movie nights in the living room on the new sectional sofa. The dining area has a large table that seats six as well as two barstools at the kitchen counter. Duncan Bridge Resorts has three boat docks all with assigned slips. With this rental, you will be happy to know you do have a boat slip for your boat during your stay. Your trailer, however, can be stored at a nearby location for a very small fee. The HOA rules do not allow renters and guests to bring pets. The condo does have its own private laundry room with a washer and dryer. We offer plenty of new bath towels as well as all the standard kitchen equipment. The condo has super fast wifi with Apple TV in all rooms along with Spectrum cable. Guests will have access to the Duncan Bridge Resort pool as well as a boat slip assigned to this specific unit. We are pretty hands-off hosts - we are almost always available via phone/text but won't bother guests during their stay. Duncan Bridge Resort is located just off Curry Highway in Curry, Alabama. Our condo is conveniently located just across the bridge to Duncan Bridge Marina where you can rent boats, store your boat trailer, or fill yours up with gas. The mailing address for Duncan Bridge Resort says Jasper, Alabama but it's really about 15 minutes to the city center of Jasper. It is only an hour drive from Birmingham! There is a great grocery store, hardware store, drug store, fast food, and restaurants just a short 5-minute drive down the road should you need items while you are there.
