Garden Cottage, super clean per CDC guidelines

Completely renovated and super clean cottage located in the heart of Lancaster County, this home offers a 1st floor bedroom, full bath , LR w/ gas fireplace,kitchen, laundry, dining area which opens onto a secluded patio and perennial flower garden. The upstairs has a second bedroom and loft. Per CDC guidelines &using EPA approved cleaning products, the cottage is cleaned and disinfected between guests. This cozy space feels like a retreat from the hubbub, but is close to everything you need. This house is nicely laid out and perfect for a romantic getaway, a place for families to be together (children are welcomed, however there are open stairs leading to the 2nd floor), an artists retreat, or a business person looking for a quiet space. We are minutes from NOOK SPORTS & Hempfield Rec, F&M and Millersville College. The house is fully furnished, and the back yard and patio provide flowers and herbs from early spring til late fall Guests have the whole property to themselves. There is plenty of parking in the driveway. The private backyard is full of flowers and shrubbery, birds, rabbits, and chipmunks. Lamar and Carolyn, the owners, live just two houses down the street. We are usually available to meet our guests, especially if they have any questions during their stay. A keyless number pad is convenient for entry through the front door. We are available by email or cell phone as well, for any questions that may arise. The property is in a quiet neighborhood, although there is street traffic. It is essential to be mindful of the nearby neighbors, keeping the noise level to a minimum. Quiet time after 10:00 pm. There are shopping centers, grocery stores, and restaurants nearby. The best mode of transportation is by car or bike. Guests have the option to use Uber, Lyft, or a taxi as needed. The nearest bus stop is a 10 minute walk. There is an information booklet with all the information needed to make your stay a memorable one. We have included local restaurants and menus, grocery stores, pharmacies, shopping centers, and entertainment ideas. We are just minutes from downtown Lancaster, Amish tourist sites, Spooky Nook Sports Complex, and much more.
