This luxury house is in the heart of RACV Goldfields Golf Resort, just on the outer edge of Creswick is the perfect secluded getaway house for family or friends. The Golf course offers the perfect morning/afternoon for the weekend golfer or the golf enthusiast. Included in the house are: -3 queen bedrooms -2 king single beds -2 fold-away beds With Access to: -Golf course (green fees apply) - Resort restaurants -Tennis courts Close to Daylesford, Hepburn Springs, and Ballarat. This Luxury house is ideal for a weekend getaway or longer-term stay. The house consists of: - 1 Master bedroom with queen bed, ensuite, and TV - 2 large bedrooms with queen beds and TV - 1 bedroom with 2 king single beds - Two fold-away beds - Large family bathroom - Powder room - State of the art entertainers kitchen - Lounge and dining room - Views over the first 9 holes of the golf course We will generally not be there to meet you, however all details of the house and resort will be inside the house, and I will be available at all times by phone or message for any questions you may have. There is very little public transport in the area, it is best accessed by car, but there is also a bus stop outside the resort that will take you both into Creswick or into Ballarat. In the garage is the table tennis table and other related equipment which is free to use. In the interests of keeping down cleaning charges, please tidy up ,start the dishwasher and take the rubbish out after your stay The House is in the RACV Goldfields Resort in Creswick, only 10 minutes from Ballarat and 15 minutes from Daylesford. Access from the A300 , turn into the driveway for the hotel. The hotel will on your left as you go up and past it , keep straight and then road then corners left onto Augusta drive with the hotel immediately on your left . You will sweep down the hill and just as come up the other side will be the turn on your right to Hepburn court . The house is on the left at the bottom. It is number 12 , but for some reason has a sign for 28. The house key safe is located on your left as you get out off the car at the top of the drive . There is a space for the bin and you will find the safe about head height on your left just inside the recess (set against the timber). NB There occasionally some nesting sparrows above your head as enter the recess . Bus Available outside of the Resort Entrance.
