Peace and quiet in a dairy farming area of Rural Auckalnd. Situated 88 Kilometers from Central Auckland, the two bedroom cottage boasts peace and quiet with roving hill views and only 10 minute’s drive to the beach. Fully furnished two bedrooms, kitchen, laundry area, and bathroom with a shower. Ideal for anyone (children are acceptable) looking for some uninterrupted peace and quiet. A car is a necessity as there is no public transport for 22kms. Light filled, birdsong, situated in the middle of diary farms, tranquil and scenic, a charming place to stay for a much needed relax. You may see protected wild deer grazing on the property if you are lucky, otherwise tuis, moreporks and other birds abound. I have free ranging chickens who roam but are locked in at night.Tennis Court just down the road, Castaways Restaurant 15km away. Local beaches, walkways, ARC park 10 mins away with white sand beach and gentle slope so very safe for children. Please let me know if you are booking one room or two. we offer a $40.00 refund of the cleaning fee if one bedroom is required. One room bookings have access to the main bedroom and all of the house except the second bedroom. Two room bookings have access to the entire detached building. There will be no other guests in the cottage while you are staying. Please note that guest will need to be double vaccinated and are required to show Vaccine pass and photographic ID as there are two people on the property who are immunocompromised. Email me anytime. A rural farm area, perfect if you want a peaceful and restful stay away from home, an artist's retreat or some much needed peace and quiet. Pollok is close to beaches, surfing and walkways. Car is a neccessity. There is no Public transport for 22 kms. There is onsite parking in a covered carport beside the house. The nearest supermarket, New World, is 20 km away and a dairy is 8kms north. PLEASE NOTE: This is a "No Shoes Inside" house. This is a quiet ZOne. You are requested to keep noise to a minimum after 10pm. This is a NO SMOKING house. You are welcome to smoke outside on the veranda Thanks for your understanding.
