Private and cosy room in Perth

HI everyone,we are an indian couple with two beautiful girls aged 6 and 3 years old.We live in a 4 bed and 2 bath house sorrounded by beautiful garden in ballajura. We can pick the guest from Airport only on sunday and can drop off, and they need to pay for that and the guests should notify us at least 2 days prior to their arrival, if they want to be picked up.The Room we are offering is a cosy one with a single bed and built in robes and a computer desk and a (Website hidden by Airbnb) will have seperate bath and toilet.you have access to washing machine,kitchen and internet and the back garden.If you want a room heater,it will be provided with a payment of 5$ per night. And if you guys want to enjoy INDIAN FOOD,we are ready to serve that at a little bit extra cost.Please Smoking and Partying is strictly prohibited and no pets are allowed as we have small kids in home (Website hidden by Airbnb) It's a beautiful and a fantastic neighbourhood (Website hidden by Airbnb) It has parks,ponds,gardens,shops,medical center,pharmacy, ,everything walkable.You have Direct bus facility to ECU and to the Perth (Website hidden by Airbnb) a 5 minutes drive to Malaga markets. Some of the nearest tourists spots are Hillary's boat harbour,,scarbarough beach,north beach.
