A luxury private rooms in a restored 1879 old Portuguese mansion within the boutique and restaurant lined area of Fontainhas, Panjim. closer to the city center and famous church in panjim (Immaculate conception Church panjim) . The original old world elegance has been retained and mixed with a splash of new and modern amenities to create a luxurious home away from home. A beautifully designed and a comfortable bedroom in a 250 years old Portuguese house which has been restored keeping its soul alive to give a unique experience to our guests. The room has Queen sized bed with a comfortable 8 inch mattress. The room also has Intercom facility, Mini fridge, Air conditioner, Attached bathroom with modern amenities and toiletries. Free wifi is available in the lobby area only (lobby is located right outside the rooms) Breakfast is included in the rates. Lunch/Dinner/Other meals We have multiple restaurants nearby who delivers food at our doorstep. Guests are allowed to make their own tea in the main lobby (on the ground floor) and its 100% free :-) Pool We have a small and cozy modern plunge pool on our property where guests can chill out with their friends. 5-6 adults can comfortable sit in and around the plunge pool. Guests will have access to their private room, Common lobby, tea making counter and plunge pool. Our manager Raj will be here to help and guide you throughout your stay. We are located in Fonteinhas area of Panjim city Famous Panjim church is just a walk away Fontainhas is a conservation zone with heritage listed homes and winding alleyways. The central location puts you in walking distance to transport, the waterfront and Casinos Airport is approx 30kms away Nearest train station is Karmali which is approx 10kms away The Grocery stores, Local markets, Shopping centers, Medical stores Etc. are within the radius of 2kms. Beaches such as Miramar beach, Caranzalem beach, Dona paula beach is about 10 minutes drive/ride away. We can arrange the bikes/ Cars on rentals so that you can explore the places around by yourself. Local transport is also just a walk away Bed-sheets will be changed on alternate days. Towels and toiletries will be provided daily.
