Spare bedroom in house 1 mile to Hospital/near LSU

This is a shared home. It is a small four bedroom home and each of the bedrooms is rented out on Airbnb. My home is right off the interstate near the I-10/I-12 split. It’s within minutes of OLOL. I ask all guests to please be mindful of noise and respectful that this is a shared home. Please note: The house is only accessible via stairs. My house is right off the interstate and is ideal for people traveling that need a quick place to sleep. My home is quiet and pet friendly. Unfortunately due to insurance requirements, aggressive breeds are not allowed. ($20 pet fee per visit, not per night) PLEASE NOTE: You will share one bathroom with two other bedrooms that I rent out - that may or may not have guests. This is rarely an issue but keep this in mind. You have access to your bedroom, the kitchen, living room, laundry room, and backyard as well as the guest bathroom that is shared with my roommate. I live next door. I’m always available via text or phone if I’m not there though. I word odd hours, so feel free to reach out any time. Right off the Essen Ln exit. The neighborhood is called Westminster. It is a very quiet residential area. Great for jogging. You will need a car in my area of town and Baton Rouge, in general. I have on-street parking spots listed in the check-in instructions. If you choose to bring pets, there is a $20 pet fee per visit.
