Superior Double Room at The Watermans Arms
A quintessential 17th Century Inn set in an area of outstanding natural beauty at the bottom of a steep valley next to Bow Creek and Bridge. The Inn has been used as a smithy, a brew house, petrol station, a prison and a haunt for the feared press gangs. The area was recorded in the Domesday book. Our Superior double en-suites are our most spacious rooms, with a table and chairs and large bath en-suite. These rooms are situated in the Annexe which overlooks the patio. All our rooms have TV with Freesat including radio, free Wi-Fi and direct dial telephones. Tea & coffee making facilities including herbal tea, hot chocolate, biscuits and still and sparkling water. Thermostatic heating control, soft towels, luxury toiletries and a hairdryer in each room. Irons can be supplied on request. Set in an area of outstanding natural beauty, at the bottom of a steep valley next to Bow Creek and bridge. Being close to the stunning Devon coast opens up not only the chance to walk a part of the beautiful and awe-inspiring Southwest Coastal Footpath but offers fishing both onshore and off one of the many wrecks that litter our shoreline.
