Rm1: Private room with double bed

My home is a two-storey newly built house. My husband and I lives on the ground floor. We'll share the main entrance but we have our own private space separated by a door. Each private bedroom on the 2nd floor is spacious with big beds and large closet space. There are 3 bathrooms that will be shared and allocated for the guests. Its about 5-10minutes walk to Caulfield station, Monash University, tram stop going to city and buses to Chadstone shopping centre and to other locations. I am currently not accepting guests coming from overseas. Also please note that quarantine or isolation stay is not permitted.
