Los Salinas Casita

The Los Salinas Casita is a gem for the business & working professional, visiting guests and its ADA accessible too. Its sitting in a quiet affluent area of T. or C. Out the front door, exercise trails for walking, hiking, running and biking are available. The city golf course is minutes away. A private parking and sitting area outside casita is offered--for extra relaxing, a hammock or two is ready to serve. Hot healing pools are very close by too. My guests may utilize shared space to include: backyard, patio. My casita is ADA accessible. The patio is relaxing in the AM & in the PM during summer time. I’m very social yet respect guests privacy and/or their preferred relational interactions. Outdoor enthusiasts will enjoy walking on city sidewalks, or hiking/walking/cycling/running on open private trails a few steps away. A city golf course is within minutes away. Downtown urban venues are only minutes from casita by auto. Walking is possible too for the athletic or for the adventurous who are not in a big rush—still minutes away! The senior center is within 5-minutes of drive time or 15-mins by bike or 20-minutes by walking. Any of the community restaurants or special interests are very convenient and easily accessible. Their is a private & secure parking space next to Casita & independent from main residence. This is included with casita fee. My 2-GSP dogs will be in the home & are professionally trained. They will always be managed by me or by an in home keeper. Barking or jumping on guests will not be tolerated. They are on a command based system. Their workouts are away from home. If you want to interact with them, this is fine. Their breed is very people friendly.
