The house is located in Agios Ioannis of Pelion, 55 km away from Volos. The village is on the eastern side of mountain Pelion and its beaches give you the chance to enjoy the blue waters of the Aegean Sea. It is one of the most sought after destinations of Pelion for the summer season and is also one of the most cosmopolitan parts of the area, attracting tourists from Greece and abroad. Only a 5-minute walk away from the beach of Agios Gianniou, the house offers the visitor the chance to enjoy a stunning view of the Aegean Sea from its balcony and courtyard. The location of the house makes it ideal for moving around the village without the use of a car, as the beaches (Agios Ioannis, Papa water), the mini market and the other shops of the area are at a very close distance. Το Jemma Sea View είναι μία προσφάτως ανακαινισμένη μεζονέτα 110 τμ σε ένα συγκρότημα μικρών κατοικιών, με 3 υπνοδωμάτια στον κάτω όροφο, 2 μπάνια, ένα σε κάθε όροφο, ένα σαλόνι, τραπεζαρία, κουζίνα πλήρως εξοπλισμένη στον πάνω όροφο και ένα μαγευτικό μπαλκόνι στο μπροστινό μέρος του οικήματος καθώς και μία αυλή που προσφέρουν την δυνατότητα στον επισκέπτη να απολαύσει την σαγηνευτική θέα του Αιγαίου όλες τις ώρες της ημέρας. Ο οικισμός δεν διαθέτει ιδιωτικές θέσεις πάρκινγκ, αλλά οι επισκέπτες έχουν την δυνατότητα να αφήσουν το αυτοκίνητό τους σε ελεύθερο χώρο στάθμευσης εκτός του οικισμού σε μικρή απόσταση. Jemma Sea View is a newly renovated 110 m2 maisonette in a small residential complex with 3 bedrooms on the lower floor, 2 bathrooms, one on each floor, a living room, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen on the upper floor and a magnificent balcony on the front part of the house and a courtyard offering the visitor the chance to enjoy the captivating view of the Aegean Sea at all times of the day. The balcony is accessible from the upper floor but the house has two entrances, one for each floor on the front. The external staircase of the house connects the courtyard with the balcony. The settlement does not have private parking spaces but guests have the option to leave their car in a free parking area outside the settlement just a short distance away.
