This 4-bedroom homestead is nestled in the scenic countryside of Glen Forbes, Victoria (20min from Phillip Island). Set on a sequestered 8.5-hectare estate with astonishing views to French Island, it is an ideal getaway for families or group of friends. Easy-to-get-to and yet remote, this homestead offers the charming bed and breakfast experience that you can have all to yourselves. Plenty of space for you to enjoy yourself. Private property access, bedrooms all have their own private ensuites so you don't have to share with others. Rumpus games room, lounge with open fireplace, kitchenette, dining room, outside BBQ area, outdoor pool and tennis court. Located on 8.5 hectare go for a walk around the property and say Hi to the cows, sheep and horses. As your pets are part of your family we are happy for you to bring your pets for a small fee of $20 per pet per night based on pre-approval and presentation of vaccination certificate. At Heritage B&B you can relax in a beautiful rural setting, enjoy a swim in the solar-heated pool, play a game of billiards, play table tennis, have a game of tennis on the tennis court, throw a few hoops with the basketball ring, go for a walk in the local national park, or feed the locals (miniature cows and sheep). Private access to half of this huge homestead, with your own private entrance. Previous guests have commented that your part of the premises is like staying in a house, it's that BIG. Pets allowed with pre appoval with the hosts. Your hosts live on-site, and are available to help you with anything you require during your stay. You have your own property entrance, bedroom all with private ensuites, kitchenette (fridge, oven, hotplate, and microwave), dining room (where your breakfast is served), lounge room (with open fireplace), recreation room (billiards, table tennis, TV with DVDs), tennis court, outside heated pool and an outside BBQ area. To make your stay all the more memorable and effortless, a scrumptious breakfast will be provided for you and yours daily which is included in the accommodation price. After a good night’s sleep, awake to the aroma of freshly brewed coffee and a batch of bacon and eggs. Served in the dining room, we invite you to help yourself to a selection of cereals, refreshments, toast, and a mixture of spreads while we do the cooking for you. And, for those who enjoy a hearty meal to start their day, we provide a selection of scrambled eggs, bacon, tomatoes, mushrooms and sausages. Other things to note: There is ample room for both car and boat parking on the property. Your host lives onsite if you need assistance other than this you have the property to yourself.
