Encounter native wildlife. Only 20 mins to beaches, shopping centre, restaurants and cafes, and 30 mins to airport. This is a 5 acre "Land for Wildlife" property, managed for nature conservation. Indoors: - Full kitchen with cooktop, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer & all utensils for self-catering. - breakfast provided: eggs, cereal, bread, spreads, milk, coffee, tea (advise us of your preferred milk and bread). - Reverse cycle air-conditioner & fans. - Smart TV. - DVDs and books. - WiFi. - Washing machine and washing line. - Wheelchair friendly. The guest house is located near to the main property residence, but positioned to ensure guests enjoy peace and seclusion. Land for Wildlife property with native wildlife including red-necked wallabies, mountain brushtail possums, sugar gliders and numerous birds. Safe undercover parking in carport. A car is required to travel around the area. Host is available in next door house on arrival and at set times as discussed with your host. We're very happy to give tourist advice if desired. Welcome to our slice of paradise! Tallebudgera Valley: what a great location to experience mountain views, creeks, rockpools, rainforests and wildlife! If you love the outdoors there's bushwalking, kayaking, swimming, surfing and cycling trails all within easy reach (and we're happy to provide advice). Or simply relax on your deck and enjoy the peace and magnificent views! For nature lovers (like us!), our neighbourhood adjoins the spectacular Gondwana World Heritage Area , known for its scenic beauty and diverse, unique flora and fauna, as well as the famous Springbrook and Lamington National Parks. Burleigh Heads beach is only 20 mins drive away and we are located within close proximity to shopping centres, cafes, restaurants, tourist attractions and the airport. We are also only a few kilometres from the NSW border and close to the many scenic attractions of the NSW coastline and inland mountain ranges. We particularly recommend scenic drives and bushwalking in this "Northern Rivers" corner of NSW. We love our home and environment, and are happy to share our local knowledge with you! A car is required. Roads are sealed. Being in a rural area, we ask that guests take care on the roads at dusk and dawn to avoid wildlife.
