The spacious house with large enclosed garden offers you every comfort and feels like your own. For people who are looking for peace, space and nature, who enjoy endless walks or strolling in the many markets and / or flea markets that are held in this region. The Auvergne also has a lot to offer in the gastronomic field.en. This architecture-built house has the appearance of a farmhouse with potted covered facades and an old stone wall on the east. On the ground floor there is a large open corner kitchen with all appliances and a cozy round dining table. The spacious adjoining salon has doors to the garden. In cooler periods, this space is heated with a wood-burning stove and electric floor heating. The wood for the stove is included in the price. On the 1st floor there are 3 spacious bedrooms, a luxurious bathroom with a walk-in shower, bathroom furniture and a 2nd toilet. There is also a laundry room with washing machine, ironing board and iron. The bed, bath and kitchen linen are included in the price.   With an occupancy of up to 6 people, the entire house is accessible, with an occupancy of 4 or 2 people, the other bedrooms will be closed respectively. I give my guests the space but I am available when needed. Upon request, guests can enjoy a delicious 3 or 4-course menu. Prices on request. Champmort is a small hamlet at 1000 meters altitude and is surrounded by meadows and extensive forests. There are various opportunities for swimming or fishing nearby. You can go to local farms nearby for organic products such as cheese, honey and vegetables. Many organic products are also available on the regional markets. In the gite there are enough brochures for activities in the area and detailed maps for walking. There is no public transportation nearby. At the house you have your own parking space. For groceries at the supermarket you must take into account a journey time of approximately 20 minutes by car.
