Villa Topia, Huay Yang (pool and beach)

Wonderful pool villa just 30 meters from “Dolphin Beach”, a beautiful clean beach where you can experience the most beautiful sunrises! This modern designed house offers beautiful views to the ocean on one side, and Myanmar mountains at the other. Huay Yang is a safe and welcoming local Thai village with many great local restaurants! The town is located about 300 km south of Bangkok and a good hour south of Hua Hin. All in all a great escape from a busy life to a relaxing and safe area! This lovely fully-furnished beach property offers 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. A brand new pool has been build in 2019 with lovely landscaping around it, including an outdoor shower. On the first floor there are 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and an outdoor lounge. On the ground floor there is an openspace dinner and kitchen area, bathroom, an indoor and outdoor lounge and terrace as well as access to the private pool. From one side of the house you can see the mountains towards Myanmar, and the Gulf of Thailand from the other side. All rooms have A/C and all bedrooms have either a balcony or direct access to an outdoor terrace. A new kitchen has been installed in 2021! This is our vacation home, so you will rent the entire house. Please call Chaba if you need help with something regarding the house, and if you need extra cleaning. You will find contact info in the house as well as information about the house and area. Chaba can also arrange (cheap) laundry service. Chaba and Huay Yang Travel can coordinate check-in and check-out, but usually we will just leave the key for you in the terrace door. Please notice there is a 1000 baht fee to ChaBa for general Laundry. We live in Denmark ourselves, so we rely on our guests to let us know if things are broken or needs updates. When we are in the house we try to stock up on toilet paper, hand soap etc, but especially during Covid-19 it is difficult for us to do that. So please leave some for the guests who will arrive after you. It is sold cheap in every corner store. Thank you, we appreciate the help in keeping the house nice and attractive. The house is located right on the beach in a great local area with lots of delicious and cheap restaurants, many of them right on the beach in walking distance from the house! If you like a good massage, then you will feel like being in heaven, as there are lots of great (and cheap) massage places all over town. Huay yang is not only famous for our lovely beaches, but also for Huay Yang waterfall, which you can reach by scooter in about 30 minutes. We recommend renting motor bikes. If you are a family then get a Saleng, which is a scooter with a side waggon, it is a fun and easy way to get around the city and local area :-) Huay Yang travel will deliver both at the house on arrival if requested. The area is very safe and the local people are super friendly! We can help you to arrange transportation via the local travel agency, Huay Yang Travel, who also rent out scooters and Salengs (Motorbikes with sidewaggons) which is the best way to get around town! It is also possible to go to Huay Yang via bus or train. Please contact Huay Yang Travel directly. We usually shop essentials (toilet paper, coffee, breakfast items etc) at Taco Lotus outside Prachuap Khiri Khan, on the way to the house. They have a bigger selection than the smalle local shops.
